The menthol-scented sauna crystals create a refreshing atmosphere in the sauna. When infused, they release an intense menthol fragrance that makes your skin feel cool and can even clear a blocked nose.
The high-quality sauna fragrance in crystal form consists of highly concentrated mint oil (Mentha arvensis) and is particularly economical - just a small piece is enough for an intense fragrance experience.
Use the crystals carefully and start with a small amount, e.g. a 0.5 cm crystal.
Do not place the crystals in cold infusion water, as they will not dissolve in it.
On contact with the skin, the crystals cause an intense cold sensation and stimulate blood circulation in the affected area. This effect is not harmful and disappears after a short time.
Be particularly careful and avoid rubbing the eyes and contact with the eyes.
Do not place the crystals directly on the electric heating elements of the sauna, as they can catch fire.
Store the crystals in a closed container at room temperature. Do not store them in the sauna as they can melt at around 41 °C.

Dispense small amounts of crystals directly onto the hot stones.
Before using another aroma or essential oil, the hot stones should be flushed with water to remove any remaining menthol.
